It is hard to put anything over on our Superhero Executive Director, but with elaborate subterfuge and with staff, board members and her family sworn to secrecy, a Birthday Party for Sister Margaret Leonard was a true Surprise!

Sister Margaret was roasted and toasted with speeches, drama, dance and song. Mayor Menino, a surprise guest, contributed to the levity. Our 5 "Dancing Sr. Margarets" and an action-figure hero created in her likeness were the highpoints of the evening. We hope these photos give you the flavor of that special night that is now our treasured memory. Enjoy.
