The Wharf Room at the Boston Harbor Hotel
The 5th Annual Breakfast to benefit the families at Project Hope took place on Tuesday, June 10th in the Wharf Room at the Boston Harbor Hotel. The sun-dappled harbor sprinkled magic on the early morning arrivals for the Rise and Shine breakfast this year. The breakfast included a welcome from Mayor Thomas Menino and an inspirational message from Sr. Margaret Leonard. As the program unfolded, a video showed how homelessness affects children, and guests heard how bravely the women struggle to change their family’s circumstances. It was truly a moving occasion. View the Rise & Shine excerpt in the Bay State Banner.
Project Hope debuted its new video about homelessness at the 2008 Rise & Shine breakfast. Check out our video on Project Hope's You Tube page.
