We are excited to welcome Monica to Team Project Hope as a first-year runner! Monica grew up in Winchester, Massachusetts and graduated from Loyola University Maryland. She now lives in the North End and works as a Financial Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance. A member of her high school field hockey and lacrosse teams, Monica began running in high school as a way to stay in shape during the off-season. She’s grateful for the community of people she has been able to meet through running, and loves the simple pleasure of going out for a run and getting some fresh air. In addition to running, Monica loves to cook and go on bike rides. Passionate about supporting women in her community, Monica wanted to run with Project Hope Boston because of its mission to partner with women and families on their journey’s forward.
